Order Confirmation: After you place an order, a sales representative will call you to confirm the details. All orders will be shipped with confirmation.

Delivery Address: A street address is required for all deliveries.

Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 72 business hours. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process with SMS and email notifications after dispatch.

Contact Information: If your provided phone number is unreachable, your order may be canceled after 24 hours. If we are unable to ship your items within 30 days, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund if you’ve made an advance payment.
